Bluestem Award: Illinois' Grades 3-5 Reader's Choice Award

“This award is designed for students in grades 3-5 who are ready for longer titles than found on the Monarch list, but not quite ready for the sophistication of some of the Rebecca Caudill titles. Liberty Rules and Procedures:

• All Liberty students are eligible to participate in the Bluestem program.
• You must read at least 4 books off the 2024 nominee list in order to be eligible to vote in March - all students will read 4 books in library class!
• To get credit for each Bluestem book you read, you must take and submit the quiz found on Destiny Discover.
• You could have read the book from anywhere (public library, book store, book fair, teacher read it out loud, etc.) and anytime (today, last year, two years ago, etc.)!
